Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Luminous Laser Spa, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we ask that you please respect our cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a $25 fee, which must be paid before rebooking any future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement or refusal of service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
